We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency).

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

Anatomi Official will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Orders will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the authorized payment. Orders will be shipped via courier and shipping times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures. The estimated time for receiving any order is 4 to 5 weeks.

Delivery of orders also depends on whether the product is available in stock and if this is the case then the order will be shipped the next working day.

Delivery charges are different for every country as it depends on the delivery location and weight of the package.

Anatomi will not deal or provide any services or products to any of the OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

We ship via FedEx. A tracking number will be sent to the customer once the order is shipped to track the shipment.

Its the customer's responsibility to track his/her shipment and make sure to receive it.

For Customized Orders:

Fabric Availability:

If the fabric you ordered is unavailable, we will offer alternative fabric options, allow you to select a different design, or process a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges:

Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange. If you encounter any defects or issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will promptly address the problem. 

Alterations:

- Requests for alterations must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

- One free alteration is allowed per order; any further alterations will be subject to an additional fee.

How to Report an Issue:

To report an issue, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp with a detailed description of your concern. Our team is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM (excluding holidays and weekends). Alternatively, you can email us at info@anatomiofficial.com. Please allow 24–48 hours for email responses.

For Ready-to-Wear Orders:

Exchanges:

 - We accept exchange requests for ready-to-wear items within 3 days of receiving your order.

- We allow one exchange per item.

- Customers are responsible for shipping costs, taxes and duties associated with exchanges.

- To request an exchange, please reach out to our customer service team via WhatsApp with a detailed description of your issue. Our team is available Monday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 7 PM (excluding holidays and weekends). Alternatively, you can email us at info@anatomiofficial.com, please allow 24–48 hours for a response to your email.

Returns:

- For approved returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit for the value of the returned item(s), excluding taxes, shipping, and duties

- We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or have been exposed to strong fragrances, as they can no longer be resold. If such items are returned to us, they will be sent back to you at your expense

- Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact when returning them. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the quality of our products

How to Submit a Return Request:

1. Log in to your account using your email address and click “Continue.” 

2. You will receive a verification code via email. Enter the 6-digit code to proceed. 

3. Once logged in, select the order you wish to return. 

4. If your order contains multiple items, choose the specific items for return. 

5. Select the reason for your return and include any relevant comments. 

6. Click "Submit Request" to complete the process.

Alteration Services:

- Alterations for ready-to-wear items are available for an additional charge.

- Please note that once an item is processed for alteration, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Store Credit:

Store credit will expire 6 months from the date of issuance. After this period, any remaining balance on the store credit will no longer be valid. We recommend using your store credit within this timeframe to ensure you get the full value. For Outlet Orders:

Returns & Exchanges:

- Outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Please review your selection carefully before purchasing

- Alterations are not available for Outlet items, so we recommend checking sizing and fit prior to purchase to ensure the best possible experience.
